Summary
There is continuity between the physical state and the abstract state of information. Semes are the vectors of this continuity and form the semiotic field. They possess a physical energy that is replicated in their transition to the abstract state. Their quantity of energy results in the distinction between grammatical words and lexical words, and their differentiated inscription in linguistic space-time.

Summary
Meaning emerges from the semiotic field. It is constituted by the relationship between the physical state of the P semes and the abstract state of the traditional linguistic semes. The semes are the pivot that ensures the elaboration of meaning in the continuity between the microscopic scale of the P semes and the macroscopic scale where the abstract semes operate. In this work we therefore consider that meaning is contextual. It results from a process of coupling between a physical datum that is devoid of meaning but has energy and an abstract datum, which transforms its energy in order to interpret it.

Summary
Linguistic space-time is distorted by the energy accumulated in the configurations of semes that constitute words and sentences. Light cones can be used to represent the trajectory of words in this geometry adapted to languages. They highlight the temporal anchoring of verbal language and show how different language-related processes work, such as forgetting, learning, expression and symbolisation.
